From July 15-18, 2025, Panda Express® hosted a Pop-Up Restaurant in New York for “Orange Chicken Day” to celebrate their most popular entrée. For this event, I designed both the restaurant’s exterior and the interior Illustrations.
Orange Chicken Day was an event full of excitement. Visitors could enjoy food, win prizes at the claw machine, take photos with Panda’s mascot, and more. For this occasion, the interior was redecorated entirely in orange.
To capture this excitement in the illustrations, I had to incorporate five storyline elements and add details in between. These illustrations were then applied to the restaurant’s exterior, the interior supporting the kitchen and counter areas, and as framed artwork.
